-Cinnamon Spice Oatmeal

Hearty, slightly sweet oatmeal made with oat

groats, agave and cinnamon.

~Corn Chowder

Hearty, creamy chowder made with yellow corn

and cashew crème, garnished with cilantro,

mushroom and green onions.

~Butternut Squash Bisque

Savory and smooth pureed butternut squash

with a hint of nutmeg.

~Mixed Greens with Grape and Fennel Salad

Crisp mixed greens, grapes, fennel and red

cabbage tossed in our lemongrette.

~Waldorf Salad

Chunky and creamy with apples, green onion and

sunflower “chickenless” pate’.

~Not Crab Boats

Our Not Crab Pate’, cucumber, sprouts and yellow

bell pepper assembled with romaine leaf boats

served with Tamari.

~Mexican Tostada

Full flavor taco pate’ on a crisp zucchini onion

square topped with lettuce and pico de gallo.

~Cranberry Walnut Buckwheat Cookies

Moist and chunky cookies made with buckwheat,

cranberries and walnuts.

Do you want to eat healthier, reach your ideal weight and feel great........but don't have the time to spend on extensive meal preparation? Let us do the work for you! At a very affordable $100 a week you can have these healthy, delicious foods throughout your week!

How it works: Each week we prepare a variety of delicous raw foods that you can order and have delivered anywhere in the Continental U.S. Orders are placed by Fridays at midnight (PST) for delivery or pick up the following Monday. The menu for the following week is updated Fridays by 8:00 pm (PST) and can be viewed here at http://www.PJsRawCuisine.com

The Ingredients page shows every item on our raw food menu with a complete list of every ingredient. There are 8 weekly menus that rotate in order. Each menu has a total of 9 items more than 1 serving of each- consisting of:

~1 Breakfast (4 servings)

~2 Soups (2-4 servings)

~2 Side Dishes (2-4 servings)

~2 Entrees (2 servings)

~2 Delicious Desserts (2-4 servings)

Servings indicated above are for our 5 Day Option.

The 7 Day Option includes also; 1 Breakfast Bread, 2 extra Side Dishes and 2 extra Entrees.

The Raw Express is about 5 days worth of food (guaranteed fresh for 5 days) and is priced at an affordable $100 week. We now have a 7 Day Option! Please see details at the Shopping Cart below. If there is an item or two on any given menu where there is a food sensitivity or even a food dislike, we are happy to make substitutions accordingly. We can't omit single ingredients but CAN substitute out a dish for another as you wish. Be sure to specify this in the "note" area of the payment screen or send us an email.
