Kale Winter Salad 2 bunches curly green kale ...1 cup dried cranberries 1 cup chopped pecans 1 cup roma tomatoes, julliened 1/2 t. Celtic sea salt 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice 1/4 cup olive oil Destem and chiffonade (finely shred) your kale. Next, massage kale with salt and olive oil for 2-5 minutes. Toss with all remaining ingredients in large bowl and....voila! |
