28 Day Raw Food Challenge!
Most of us know that eating a diet high in raw foods can provide many different health benefits. The main benefits people experience are: increased energy, strengthened immune system, feeling of well being and weight loss. Many of our clients are pleased and amazed at how raw foods have helped transform their bodies, facilitating weight loss. If you are one who is wanting to shed those extra pounds and feel great while doing it, then this is for you!
The 28 Day Raw Food Challenge is designed to help motivate people to reach their personal weight loss goals. The aim is not necessarily to eat 100% raw foods (although more power to you if that's your plan) but to incorporate more of these foods into your diet. Contest results are based on weight loss and before and after photos. Good Luck! EAT RAW - FEEL GREAT!
